Aanandaa- My Farm (From September 2015 to 2016)

In the duration of 3 months, a lot has happened on Aanandaa.
Julie- the half-pom, scared away all the other dogs and kept barking at the pigs as in her previous home, she ate meat. Thus, we sent her to our grandparents house, where she now lives, happily ever after. We gave away Barph, one of Julie's pups to a villager, as she was the most Pom- like and we knew she wouldn't be able to survive on our farm.
Then, Chutki, another of our dogs gave birth to 5 small pups. Two of them died as they were very weak. Out of the other three, one is a girl- Kaju and the two boys- Kishmish and Khajoor (please do not laugh at these names).
Out goats, Hira and Moti, had a small baby goat (known as a 'kid'), who we named Panna. Our cows are pregnant, and are expected to give birth to a little calf in about 4 months.
The pig is fine, she is okay alone. We feed her potatoes in hope that she will become friendly with us, and o think we are making some progress.
Our farm is doing pretty well, but this is the third year of drought we are facing,  and if it doesn't rain soon, there is going to be major water shortage.
So save water and thank you for reading!

Slavery part 3

I am Laura. The wife of the richest merchant in town. Now on with the story.

For a couple of weeks now, I've been having a suspicion that my husband was in love with an other lady. He went out an strange times to the bath whereas he hardly ever went there before. Then, a week ago, I had gone to the bath. And when I returned, I found a lipstick mark on a wine glass and it wasn't mine....
I suddenly hated my husband. We had been married for years, and suddenly this? I then figured, it would be farely easy to kill him. I still loved him a bit. He was still my husband.
My husband is a rich man and if he died, all the money would be mine... That day I made up my mind, I WOULD KILL HIM.
My plan was farely easy. I first talked to the masseur. I bribed him to kill my husband. The plan was to go in the morning and as usual start the massage. The masseur gave him a massage every four days.
Four days from then, the masseur knocked and entered.
He always arrived before Dakota, who was my husband's barber and  best man.
I thought about talking to him but then decided against it. He loved his master and wouldn't agree to that even if he was heavily bribed.
I don't know what exactly happened in the room, but the masseur managed to do his job pretty well. I heard my husband shout with surprise as he saw the masseur and the knife in his hand. Suddenly, I realised what I was doing and broke down into tears. My ornatrix was surprised by my sudden outburst and I was forced to tell her about everything.
20 minutes later Dakota entered and told me what I already knew. He was dead.

Aanandaa- My Farm (From 2015 to September,2015)

On our farm everything is fine....
During our stay in Chandigarh, my mother met a lady who worked with People For Animal Organization, which is based in Chandigarh. They rescue all types of animals and we decided to adopt some dogs from there. So first we got a pregnant half-pom who was abandoned by her previous caretakers in a park. Her name was Julie. She was well trained and could shake hands. We got her and kept her at home for sometime, and then took her to the farm. She loved the farm and one day when we visited, she came and jumped on us, and then pushed us to where 6 tiny, beautiful pups lay with their eyes closed! We later found out that 2 were girls and 4 were boys. we named them Badal, Bhoomi, Barph, Ola, Bijli and Toophan. (These are all Hindi names and are hard to write in English.) Sadly one of the pups- ran away leaving us with 5.  The bad thing is that Julie is very aggressive and doesnt let any of the other dogs come close to her pups. She is an overly protective mother you could say. Many of the dogs have been missing for some time, probably because of her.
Then we adopted another pup. He was a male stray dog and had some wounds and was very thin. Unfortunately we had to leave in a week or so and couldn't take him to the farm because he was very weak. So we left him at our grandparents house and decided to name him Mogli. A few days later we got a call from our grandparents that Mogli had mysteriously died. it was probably because he was so weak.
Now back to the other animals.Im very surprised that i have forgotten to mention our cows, goats and pigs. So we had gotten these animals quite a while ago. Our cows names are Gopi(the bull) and Nandi(the cow). Nandi was always very friendly but Gopi hardly ever let you touch him.
Then come our goats. There names are Hira and Moti(pronounce mo-thee). They are both very friendly but these days Moti has been getting protective and attention seeking. He doesnt let you pet Hira.
There were originally 2 pigs, Bunty and Babli. Babli is very strong and Bunty is slightly weaker. And he suddenly died.  You know pigs are more loyal and smarter than dogs!

Worst day

2014
My summer holidays had begun and I was on my way to Delhi in a plane with my mother. We were to go to the U.S. embassy and stay their for sometime with my aunt. Suddenly the captain informed the passengers that there was going to be turbulence. The plain shook violently and my mother and I were pretty scared. My mother told me to continuously say a prayer in my head for a safe flight. This was the first time I was experiencing turbulence and I was pretty freaked out. And I felt like vomiting. After a lot of drama it all came out. I used 2 vomit bags and the guy next to me was pretty grossed out. Finally the plane landed safely and we took our luggage and made our way to the U.S. Embassy. When we reached we had to immediately go some where for dinner. I had a glass of some Apple juice but I chucked half of it when no one was watching. We got into a cab and all of a sudden I was nauseous again. I tried to hold it but it all came out and it was gross. We reached the venue for dinner and I washed up there and that was my worst day.....

Slavery Part 2

Sorry I forgot to introduce myself. I am Dakota. Now getting back to what happened...

My master was lying dead on his bed and I didn't know what to do. I loved my master a lot and  the shock of seeing him dead in front of me brought tears to my eyes. I was shocked and by the time I recovered fellow slave and the masseur Jose had also arrived. I informed Madam who was with her ornatrix in her room. She came with her hair half made. She started crying when she heard the news but there was something strange about her. When I went to tell her she was having an argument with her ornatrix and she seemed to be a bit shaken up.
As soon as she saw me she got up. Her hair was half done and she looked like she had been crying. Still I didnt say anything about that and told her the bad news. She pushed past me and ran to the other room. But for some reason she didn't look that shocked....

Slavery Part 1

I woke up 4:30 and fired up the hypocaust. I then got ready for the tough day of work that lay ahead of me. But on the positive side this was probably my last week of work. My master was a good man who tipped me regularly. I have been working here for 4 years, since I was 14. Thus I was bought for a cheap price and thus it was easy to buy out my freedom. At 5:00 sharp I stood outside my masters bed room waiting for the command to enter. After 15 minutes of waiting I finally opened th door and entered. My master was still on his bed but there was something wrong. There was a knife sticking out of his back...

Aanandaa- My Farm (From 2014 to 2015)

My farm is located in Bunga Village, Haryana as you'll must be knowing. My farm is as good as ever. Nothing much has happened.... But we have got a new dog! We were thinking of a name until we found out that the help on the farm had already given him a name. They named him 'Chota Rocky' after our dog who died recently, who's name was 'Rocky'.
Also one of our dogs in Mandala , Amar ,( he was the most hyperactive dogs we had) ran away some where...

Ps-The name of our farm used to be 'Ananda' but now, as you would have seen in the title, it has been renamed as 'Aananadaa'
