Almost Dead part 1

I ran on like I had never before. Dodging trees and jumping over fallen branches the fastest I ever had. I ran as if I was being chased by a tiger, but this time it was worse. I was running from my own brother, who had a knife in his hand.
He had finally hunted me down, after killing my father. My brother, had always been a mamas boy, and after she died, he lost it completely. Obviously my father and I also cried, but my brother couldn't get over it. He never knew how to move on and had always been a little crazy.
My mother had died of Ebola, and the virus was detected to late to do anything. The doctors had tried their hardest to keep her alive, but still she died. And so did the doctors a few days later, by my brothers hand.
The mental asylum had tried hard to capture him and give him the proper treatment needed, but he always managed to escape. Once the police even threatened to open fire on him, before he killed anyone, but he didn't listen and they couldn't just kill an innocent.
I ran north, or atleast what I thought was north and towards the city. He had always been a good athlete, with great stamina. I knew I couldn't keep running for much longer, because he was catching up, powered by his rage. Suddenly I broke through the branches, to reveal the great city of Bangalore.
I heard him gaining on me- the steady beat of his footsteps and the rhythmic sound of him breathing.
I finally gave up, ready to pass out with exhaustion. I fell to the floor, and as my eyes shut, I felt the knife plunge into my back, cold against my hot and moist flesh....
